Note on support and “included hours”
Our packages include remote support within an adjustable monthly allocation, defined according to the size and complexity of your operation (devices, users and services).

The allocation covers technical assistance, preventative maintenance and small improvements. Usage is tracked and reported monthly.

Where there is a need for work outside scope (e.g. projects, structural changes, new implementations), your organisation is informed in advance and can choose additional hours at the agreed rate or an increase to the monthly allocation in the next cycle.
