To receive assistance, download our UltraViewer client and run it on your computer.
When it opens, share the ID and Password with the technician and authorise the session.

Download and open
Download UltraViewer and run the application (if Windows asks, click “Run”).

Send the ID and password
In UltraViewer, send us the ID and Password shown on your screen.

Authorise and follow along
The session only starts with your consent. You can end it at any time by closing the app.
Security and privacy
We never ask for personal passwords
We will never request your email, banking or social media passwords by phone/WhatsApp.
Consent is required
A remote session starts only after you share the ID/password and authorise the connection.
End at any time
Close UltraViewer to end the session immediately.
